WARRANTY
DO YOUR ITEMS COME WITH A WARRANTY?
Yes. All Aletheia & Phos items come with a six (6) month warranty which covers manufacturing faults, defined as such after assessment by our Customer Care team.
Faults incurred after this date are considered a result of general wear and tear or mishandling and not covered by warranty.
Manufacturing faults do not include: broken or snapped chains, tarnish, misshaped bands, bent claws, snapped pendants, chipped, cracked, lost gemstones or pendants.
If any of the above occur, Aletheia & Phos will not accept the return and return shipping will be charged to the customer.
